Job description:
Competent hands-on experience as LMS administrator, preferably in LITMOS, Moodle LMS.
Develop a general understanding of client needs in order to prioritize scheduling resources.

Course Creation:

Liaising with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for course content delivery
Coordinating with Designers & Developers for e-Learning course development
Uploading and hosting courses on the LMS
Setting the Schema for the course ware, assessments etc.
Assign Users and maintain database, logs, records, certificates etc.
Track and Monitor Learner progress and define learning path
Generate and publish learner and trainer reports
Scheduling & Tracking:

Perform Scheduling of courses from identified audience demand, based on planned volumes and locations.
Contact vendors, external instructors, facility owners and learning client to arrange and confirm class schedules and logistics (including room set-up, technology needs, catering/food ordering, logistics etc)
Conduct allocation of rooms, visual aids, instructor to courses within defined business rules.
Analyze schedule information to identify requested courses, volume of classes, locations, dates.
Assign Instructor resources according to learning objectives and course guidelines.
Anticipate any potential scheduling challenges in advance, and reorganize if needed, to ensure that the best-fit resources are assigned. This may include prioritizing the reassignment of internal instructors from classes that get cancelled.
Ensure Cancellations are being tracked and the cancelation policies are being followed.
Coordinate management of the incoming requests and respond within the timeframes stated in agreement and processes.
Perform basic financial calculations to establish whether class enrollment generates required revenue and margin.
Perform regular quality checks, correct deviations and plan mitigation in coordination with Scheduling Team Lead.
