A. On Recruitment:
Identify vacant positions across various levels at all the locations of the company.
Define job descriptions for the vacant positions in coordination with the concerned Team Manager.
Identify suitable recruitment agencies & other modes to find resources.
Manage the entire recruitment process
Candidate Should be flexible to travel across branches to complete recruitment process.
Networking (via Social Media) to identify resources & understanding of the market.
B. On Administration:
Employee On boarding - which includes Candidate document verification, Issuing of Company ID card, Offer letter,Appointment letter, NDA, Confidentiality Agreement - Upload The Same in HMRS Software.
Organize Pre-Employment Health Check-Ups for the selected candidates & induct the Joining Formalities for the new joinees.
Handling the orientation process for the selected employee on the date of joining - Information on the Company and its various departments, the specific Roles & Responsibilities and KRAs for the selected employee.
Updating and maintaining the individual employee files in both physical form as well as in the ERP solution on an ongoing basis.
Managing and ensuring that all concerned employees are up-to-date and in compliance of their statutory training / examinations requirements. In the case where employees are needed to go for exams / training, liaising with the training agencies / examination centres to ensure the same.
Ensuring that the process for appraisals is started at the beginning of the preceding month of the due date of appraisal and the requisite forms are prepared, filled up and submitted to the concerned HODs / Zonal Heads / Management
Submitting attendance information and monthly leave positions to Finance Department by the 27th of each month for salary processing. and Coordinating with the Finance Department for Monthly Salary Slips and submitting the same to all employees at the end of each month.
Managing the continuous internal training processes in the Company - preparing the training calendar, sourcing / scheduling of trainers, collecting and vetting of subject matter, updating the trainer database,Collecting feedback of training conducted etc
Documenting minutes of HR meetings with individuals / teams
Organising and conducting HR related events within the Company and arranging Company outings.
Managing and arranging official travel and accommodation requirements of employees of the Company based on travel policies of the Company.
Coordinate with respective vendors for GPA and GHI additions and deletions for the employees.
Employee Relieving Formalities -Conducting and documenting the exit interview on the last working day of the concerned employee. (Feedback from exit interviews to be discussed with Management.)
