Qualification: Completed LLB and CS Job Description:
- Secretarial matters like preparation of Agenda, Notices, Minutes and other secretarial papers for the Board Meetings, General meetings and related compliances.
- Re-statement of The Articles of Association pursuant to introduction of Companies Act, 2013, Shareholders Agreements, Securities Subscription Agreement, BSE & NSE Listing Agreement.
- Assisted in drafting of Merger scheme and assisted in relevant compliances on the post-merger for a client including legal counsel co-ordination.
- Assisted, supported secretarial and legal matters for initial six months and thereafter handled the secretarial department independently for 6 months from client place.
- Templatisation and drafting of Vendor Contracts
- Review of Non-Disclosure Agreements
- Review of Request for Proposals
- Review of IT Master Services Agreements
